Me…It’s the sound that I have already heard when I was going through; when I was crying out for you.  It’s the sound you will use to set the people free.  So we have already heard the sound…set your people free.  Bring the sound, but it is a sound we have heard before.  When we heard it before it wasn’t time but when we hear it, it will be a time of jubilee.
